Responsibilities:
- Function as an integral member of the Regional Leadership Team supporting territory managers by conveying the value and benefits of the Animal Health portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver technical lectures on product line to key customers, strategic accounts, and professional veterinary organizations.
- Offer solutions aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute regional business strategy to meet and exceed organizational priorities.
- Meet key opinion leaders in clinical and university settings to discuss the portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the Animal Health portfolio at veterinary schools, associations, and conferences.
- Serve as regional technical expert; evaluate technical training needs and coach sales representatives in technical selling skills.
- Collaborate with R&D, Learning and Development, Marketing, Veterinary Insights & Medical Affairs, and Sales to achieve organizational priorities.

Position Qualifications:
Education (minimum): Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree.

Required experience/skills:
- 10 years combined relevant experience: minimum 5 years clinical companion animal practice and minimum 5 years animal health industry or equivalent leadership/management experience.
- Translate complex issues into clear content for target audiences.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation and oral/written communication skills.
- Serve as a medical consultant in vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics.
- Influence without direct authority; build strong internal/industry networks.
- Innovative problem-solving for internal and customer challenges.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and industry software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Power BI, etc.).
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional internal/external teams.
- Independently execute core Professional Services Veterinarian responsibilities.

Preferred experience/skills:
- Experience with companion animal vaccines, parasiticides, and therapeutics.
- Advanced degrees/research experience.
- Experience delivering training in a structured organization.
- Leadership and/or management experience.
