Position Summary:
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for small molecule internal manufacturing and testing aligned with the Vertex Manufacturing Centerโs strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality training solutions that enhance employee performance and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic training plan supporting organizational goals and employee development.
- Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Leverage existing and implement new electronic-based training solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 7โ10 years of experience in training and development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
