Training Partner II

Role: Training Program Lead within Novo Nordisk's People & Organization team, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional training initiatives aligned with business objectives and GMP standards. Responsibilities: lead standardized development efforts, assess training needs, develop and execute training schedules, partner with managers and SMEs for technical and leadership development, coach trainers, and track training KPIs; ensure continuous improvement and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field with at least 4 years of training experience in regulated environments; or an Associate’s degree with 6+ years, or a High School diploma with 8+ years. Proven instructional design, coaching, and facilitation skills are essential. Preferred: experience with ISOtrain or other LMS, proficiency in cLEAN methodologies, and GMP manufacturing background. WorkSetup: role involves up to 10% travel, working in an open office environment.
