How you will contribute:
- Lead initial field training or brand strategy training for assigned franchises; deliver training for onboarding and ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Own all aspects of training programs, including initial and ongoing sales training (product, clinical, managed markets/marketplace knowledge, selling and business skills); develop training strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with sales and marketing to align learning strategies/workshops to business objectives, including pull-through and measurement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning; share best practices and processes.
- Facilitate training for key stakeholders (new hire, management, advanced skills, national workshops).
- Ensure training materials reflect current market conditions and are compliant through internal Medical/Regulatory/Legal review processes.
- Coordinate external consultants (preparation and contract negotiation) to meet training/development needs.
- Manage assigned budget within operating guidelines.
- Coach team members on design, principles, projects, and priorities.
- Build two-way vendor partnerships to improve efficiencies and services; support strategic partnerships and the service/technology roadmap.
- Implement personal development plans and training to meet business objectives.
- Embrace an agile mindset and innovation.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs Degree
- 5+ years in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing
- ~50% travel (including overnight)
Preferred:
- Dermatology experience
- Training/L&D and/or Commercial Strategy (Marketing)
- IT/eLearning/web management platform knowledge
