How you will contribute:
- Works as part of a training team supporting one or more franchises; leads initial field training and/or brand strategy training, and delivers training for initial onboarding and ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Leads all aspects of assigned training programs, including initial and ongoing sales training (product, clinical, managed markets and marketplace knowledge, selling and business skills), covering strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partners with sales and marketing to develop learning strategies and workshops aligned to business objectives, including pull-through and measurement.
- Acts as a subject matter expert in adult learning; shares best practices and processes across the department.
- Develops and facilitates training for key stakeholders (new hires, management, advanced skills) and national training workshops.
- Ensures training materials reflect current market trends and are compliant by following internal Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review processes.
- Coordinates, prepares, and supports contract negotiation with external consultants for training/development needs.
- Manages assigned budget within operating guidelines.
- Provides guidance and coaching to team members on design, principles, projects, and work priorities.
- Builds vendor partnerships to improve operational efficiencies and services; supports strategic partnerships, thought leadership, and the service/technology roadmap.
- Implements personal development plans and training to achieve business objectives.
- Embraces an agile mindset and innovation.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs Degree
- 5+ years experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing
- Ability/willingness to travel ~50% (meetings/client sites, including overnight trips)
Preferred:
- Derm experience
- Experience in Training/Learning & Development and/or Commercial Strategy (e.g., Marketing)
- IT/eLearning/Web Management Platform knowledge
