Responsibilities:
- Represent oncology products/services to a defined customer base; generate and grow sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Prepare a territory business plan and monitor sales progress and action plans.
- Identify patient pathways in oncology offices and facilitate patient access to treatment.
- Promote products to oncologists/office staff; provide in-servicing to support safe drug administration and awareness of patient services.
- Build relationships with key customers, accounts, and key opinion leaders.
- Manage hospital/large account sales and complex reimbursement issues.
- Communicate effectively (written/verbal/presentations) and influence stakeholders at professional events.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Scientists, Marketing, Market Access) to drive sales and patient adoption.
- Model leadership and appropriate compliance/behavior; resolve issues/opportunities and communicate with management.
- Complete administrative tasks (e.g., customer database, expenses).

Basic Qualifications:
- High school + 9 yrs OR associate + 7 yrs OR bachelor + 5 yrs OR master + 3 yrs.
- Travel as required; meet onsite visitation requirements; valid driverβs license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ yrs pharma/healthcare sales; BS/BA (or equivalent); previous product launch; oncology experience (breast cancer strongly preferred); scientific aptitude; negotiation/influencing; account planning/cross-functional management; analytical skills; cross-functional teamwork.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary range: $153,935.00β$199,210.00; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life.
