Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic/tactical vision and lead the Commercial training function.
- Create and execute Commercial training learning components, including design/development and eLearning.
- Lead initial field onboarding and ongoing franchise training and strategic initiatives.
- Own assigned sales training programs (product, clinical, managed markets/marketplace knowledge, selling and business skills) including strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with sales/marketing to develop learning strategies/workshops aligned to business objectives.
- Serve as SME in adult learning; share best practices across the department.
- Develop and facilitate training for key stakeholders (new hire, management, advanced skills, national workshops).
- Ensure training materials reflect current market conditions and follow internal Medical/Regulatory/Legal review processes.
- Coordinate external consultants for training/development needs and contract negotiation.
- Manage assigned budget within operating guidelines.
- Coach team members; build vendor partnerships and support strategic partnerships.
- Implement personal development plans and maintain an agile, innovation-focused approach.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree
- 5+ years experience in life science/pharmaceutical field sales and/or marketing
- ~50% travel (meetings/client sites; overnight trips)
