Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of training programs for field-facing teams supporting Account Management.
- Coordinate new-hire and ongoing training; ensure curricula/onboarding meet current and emerging field needs.
- Oversee development and upkeep of training modules; create training materials (study guides, home study, assessments, FAQs, competitive overviews).
- Deliver training across formats (1:1, conference calls, live classroom) and manage training on cross-functional business rules (e.g., Veeva CRM, Concur, Patient Services data/CRM).
- Identify training gaps using field observations, focus groups, and other data; recommend improvements.
- Oversee field training systems (Learning Management System/LMS) and training vendors/partners.
- Support compliance training updates and coordinate content for field meetings; facilitate “train-the-trainer” sessions; assist with field coaching/recruiting/interviewing.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred); MBA preferred.
- 12+ years progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales & training, including 6+ years in training or field leadership.
- Prior pharmaceutical field experience; first-line field management; vendor/contract management.
- Adult learning principles; strong facilitation/teaching; proven training-material creation.
- Negotiation and ability to influence senior leaders; strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Evaluate others (verbal/written); project/organizational skills; professionalism/integrity and confidentiality.
- Travel up to 30% overnight.
- Preferred: neuroscience/Rare Disease focus; product launch and rare-disease launch experience.

Pay Range (base): $188,000–$230,000 USD.
