Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the order management process for cell and gene therapy products, ensuring accurate and timely order entry processing and compliance with Trade Policy.
- Serve as the Oracle subject matter expert for Trade Operations, providing strategic guidance, troubleshooting, enhancement management, and training to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order flow and data accuracy, ensuring proper order updates are captured.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Trade Accounts, Trade Strategy, PECO, Revenue Accounting, DTE, Logistics, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment.
- Optimize Oracle functionality, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Execute daily distribution processes, trade policies, and order triage supporting direct purchasing accounts.
- Act as primary point of contact for 3PL partner (account management, program performance monitoring, program innovation/enhancement, and coordinating periodic business review meetings).
- Manage transfers to/from distribution centers with Supply Chain and Logistics; monitor expiration dating and align shipment forecasts.
- Support free goods product requests by coordinating inventory needs and processing timely orders.
- Identify, track, and monitor program deviations; coordinate with 3PL and Quality to investigate, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions.
- Resolve distribution issues with Trade Account Management, Specialty Pharmacies, and Distributor partners, including shipment discrepancies, damaged product claims, product complaints, and replacement goods processes.
- Support tools and tracking for contractual key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Identify process gaps and develop process improvements to support business needs and customer experience.
- Support new product launch planning (cross-functional coordination, product setup documentation, external communications, training materials, and related launch tactics).
- Build presentations documenting project findings and implications.

Education And Experience
- Typically requires 4 years of service or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–3 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
