About The Role
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for targeted regional pharmacy accounts, including those focused on behavioral health and independent Long-Term Care
- Build and sustain high-value relationships across targeted pharmacy accounts to optimize product access, promote educational initiatives, and support brand growth
- Leverage cross-functional resources (Market Access Marketing, Pricing and Contracting, Reimbursement, and Medical) to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic priorities and compliant with company policies and industry regulations

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Develop and execute comprehensive, account-specific business plans aligned to national and regional strategies (access, appropriate utilization, education)
- Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Implement approved contracting strategies (with Pricing, Contracts, and Trade) to optimize account performance and ensure effective access
- Analyze and monitor account performance (contract performance, product usage, market share trends) and adjust strategies as needed
- Identify, map, and engage key decision-makers and influencers; coordinate internal stakeholder engagement (e.g., Market Access, Medical, Reimbursement)
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; identify opportunities and address barriers to access and appropriate utilization
- Provide actionable insights on market dynamics, competitive activity, customer needs, and emerging trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on account strategies and execute initiatives
- Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field AND 8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience engaging pharmacies and organized customers in behavioral health and long-term care (LTC, specialty pharmacies, and/or hub services preferred)
OR
- Masterโ€™s Degree AND 6+ years of similar experience

- Account Management & Strategic Relationships: ability to develop/sustain strategic pharmacy relationships; manage complex regional accounts; navigate multi-level stakeholders
- Business Development & Execution: proven sales/performance achievement; strategic planning; growth opportunity identification
- Industry & Market Expertise: pharmacy operations/distribution/reimbursement knowledge; payer/formulary/market access; compliance/regulatory knowledge; ability to build expertise in therapeutic areas/products/competition
- Communication: excellent written/verbal skills; presentation and negotiation; ability to communicate complex clinical/financial/market information
- Analytics: strong analytical skills; CRM/data tools experience; data-driven continuous improvement mindset
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: demonstrated success with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Reimbursement

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Annual base salary: $169,000.00โ€“$231,000.00; annual bonus target $60,000 (of earned base salary); eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive program
