About The Role
Responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for targeted regional pharmacy accounts, including those focused on behavioral health and independent Long-Term Care. Builds and sustains high-value relationships across targeted pharmacy accounts to optimize product access, promote educational initiatives, and support brand growth. Leverages cross-functional resources (Market Access Marketing, Pricing and Contracting, Reimbursement, and Medical) to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with strategic priorities and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Develops and executes comprehensive, account-specific business plans aligned to national and regional strategies, focusing on access, appropriate utilization, and education
- Builds and maintains strategic, long-term relationships with key stakeholders by understanding customer business models and decision-making processes
- Implements approved contracting strategies with Pricing, Contracts, and Trade to optimize account performance and ensure effective access
- Analyzes and monitors account performance (contract performance, product usage, market share trends) and adjusts strategies
- Identifies, maps, and engages key decision-makers/influencers within assigned accounts; coordinates internal engagement (e.g., Market Access, Medical, Reimbursement)
- Serves as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; identifies opportunities and addresses access/utilization barriers
- Provides actionable insights on market dynamics, competition, customer needs, and emerging trends
- Collaborates cross-functionally to align on account strategies and execute initiatives
- Communicates regularly with leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ensures activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Business, Marketing, or related Scientific Field AND 8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience engaging pharmacies and organized customers in behavioral health and long-term care (experience with LTC, specialty pharmacies, and/or hub services preferred). OR
- Masterโs Degree AND 6+ years of similar experience

- Analytics: interpret sales data/market trends/account metrics; experience with CRM/data tools; data-driven mindset
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: success with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, and Reimbursement; align internal stakeholders to account objectives; team-oriented
Benefits (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $169,000.00-$231,000.00
- Annual bonus (target $60,000.00 of earned base salary) and eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive program
