What You Will Achieve:
- Achieve sales expectations for the assigned territory.
- Build strong customer relationships; conduct consultative sales producing calls.
- Use product and disease-state technical knowledge.
- Develop and follow a territory business plan.
- Report sales activities to upper management via a call reporting system.
- Sell product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals.
- Support surgical cases as appropriate.
- Complete internal controls activities in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
- Significant travel up to 50% of the time (depending on circumstances).
What You Need to Achieve It:
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience (required).
- 2+ years successful experience in medical sales (preferably consultative) (required).
- Verifiable, documented record of sales success.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently; strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
