Location: West Region of the US (near a major airport). Travel 60โ€“80% domestic within the US; occasional travel outside the US.

How Youโ€™ll Spend Your Day
Conference Coordination
- Lead planning and execution of national/regional conferences, including KOL engagement scheduling and internal coordination.
- Represent Teva at major congresses; secure KOL meetings and capture actionable insights.
- Partner with MSLs and sales leadership to optimize KOL engagement opportunities.

Speaker Program Planning
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on portfolio-level planning; identify and prepare speakers.
- Monitor speaker utilization and program metrics; contribute to annual nomination process; ensure compliance.
- Support peer-to-peer education programs aligned to portfolio objectives.

Insight Generation & Brand Strategy Influence
- Capture/synthesize KOL insights monthly to inform portfolio marketing strategies and tactical plans.
- Maintain/update TLL business plan quarterly; conduct strategic reviews to align with brand priorities.
- Provide real-time feedback on launch plans, market intelligence, and emerging trends.

KOL Engagement & Development
- Build/maintain relationships with national/regional KOLs; foster advocacy for CNS brands.
- Engage in person with each KOL target quarterly; identify new/emerging KOLs.
- Act as a trusted resource for KOLs, connecting them to internal teams while ensuring compliance.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (required); Masterโ€™s preferred.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 2+ years in thought-leader engagement or HCP/medical education marketing (neurology/psychiatry strongly preferred).
- CNS therapeutic area expertise strongly preferred; strong scientific/clinical acumen.
- Lead/influence without authority; cross-functional collaboration; professionalism/integrity.
- Strong project management; excellent communication and MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
