IgG4-RD Thought Leader Liaison Sr. Manager - West

Responsibilities:
- Execute customer aspects of Neuroimmunology Business Unit peer-to-peer strategies; build relationships with speakers, thought leaders, and key influencers in assigned geography.
- Compliantly liaise with Sales, Site of Care, and Medical Affairs to address customer needs, initiate projects of mutual interest, anticipate market trends, and uncover competitive intelligence.
- Create local peer-to-peer strategies aligned with national/regional marketing and sales plans.
- Liaise with sales/marketing to ensure timely thought leader issue/needs resolution.
- Collaborate with the advocacy team to build relationships with key physician and patient organizations.
- Create and execute short- and long-term KOL engagement plans; capture/synthesize/share thought leader insights to shape brand strategy and support lifecycle/competitive planning.
- Identify evidence gaps via thought leader discussions and podium observations; disseminate insights to marketing, sales, and market access.
- Coordinate leadership interactions at assigned national/regional/state society conferences.
- Pursue programs involving Amgen with thought leaders; assist with speaker events (selection, training, review of programs for compliant messaging/execution).
- Collaborate on peer-to-peer programs and contribute to U.S. speaker bureau refinement; support content development with customer insight.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 2 years marketing/sales OR Master’s + 4 OR Bachelor’s + 6 OR Associate’s + 10 OR High school/GED + 12.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Customer-facing pharma/biotech experience (field sales, product marketing, medical/clinical in related therapeutic area).
- Experience in rheumatology and/or gastroenterology (strongly preferred); rare disease/specialty biologics (strongly preferred).
- Thought leader/KOL leadership (plus); achievement/exceeding goals in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to customize and execute action plans; leadership and strategic agility; collaboration/leading cross-functional teams; effective presentation; strong organization/analytics/time management; clinical/business acumen.

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 80% travel; reside within territory boundaries.
