Main Responsibilities
- Orchestrate resources with top KOLs; build and maintain long-term KOL relationships.
- Conduct on-label conversations (product, disease state, company) and execute approved KOL programming.
- Partner with nursing organizations to support disease-state education.
- Collaborate with field team to ensure strategic/tactical cohesiveness; serve as primary contact to resolve KOL issues.
- Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at conferences, POAs, and field visits.
- Capture and relay customer/KOL feedback to inform brand strategy, materials, and messaging.
- Provide competitive intelligence; support regional/national advisory boards.
- Identify and recruit appropriate HCP consultants.
- Support on-label KOL/speaker development; assist with speaker contracting and debarring/FMV-related steps when requested.
- Train speakers on approved materials; conduct annual speaker training summit; observe/coach/remediate.
- Support content creation/updates; manage speaker program KPI and field performance reporting.
- Lead planning/execution/pull-through of GPO in-practice programs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in related therapeutic area.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams; present effectively.
- Valid driver’s license; reside within/near assigned territory.
- 60%–80% travel.
