Position Summary:
Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based role responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with national and regional US key opinion leaders (KOLs) in rare nephrology. Supports growth of FILSPARI (sparsentan) for IgAN and FSGS and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Insights and Analytics, Sales, Patient Advocacy, Compliance, Sales Training, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage insights to implement regional cross-functional account strategy and KOL engagement plan with brand team and field partners.
- Coordinate with marketing to identify KOL partnering opportunities and assist with KOL recruitment.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize KOL sentiments, competitor activities, and market trends; provide regular updates and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliant, fair-balanced, effective message delivery across promotional educational channels.
- Enlist appropriate KOLs to support commercial activities.
- Identify and vet promotional speakers; assist with contracting, training, and ongoing educational efforts.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of specialty or rare disease marketing experience.

Skills/Requirements:
- Strong scientific acumen and understanding of specialty clinical medicine.
- Proven leadership and high performance.
- Ability to build and sustain business and KOL relationships; effectively execute engagement plans.
- Experience in similar pharma role, preferably small molecule.
- Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, organization, and verbal/written communication.
- Proven project planning (timelines, budgets, critical paths) and adaptability to plan changes.
- Field-based; must live in region; travel 50–60% domestically; face-to-face/onsite function (not fully remote).

Compensation:
- Target base pay range: $162,000.00–$211,000.00.
