Responsibilities
- Build strong KOL relationships and trust to inform marketing strategy and initiatives
- Develop regional KOL strategies by identifying, profiling, and engaging established and rising thought leaders in rare sleep
- Lead regional and national congress execution (executive leadership engagement, resource allocation, deliberate KOL/faculty engagement)
- Bring insights from thought leaders and sales teams to inform strategy, resource utilization, messaging, and tactical execution
- Identify marketplace trends and barriers to guide brand strategy and future opportunities
- Help implement advisory boards (planning, participant identification, moderation)
- Collect KOL beliefs, develop HCP profiles, and gather competitive insights at regional/national congresses
- Identify, recruit, and manage speakers for the LUMRYZ speaker’s bureau
- Guide speakers for accurate, effective, and compliant presentations
- Coach speakers via observation and feedback
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive brand alignment and execution
- Engage with territory business managers via conference calls, sales meetings, and occasional field rides

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of professional pharma/medical device experience
- Driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to secure appropriate healthcare provider credentialing for facility access

Preferred:
- 10+ years pharma experience including rare disease
- 3+ years in product marketing and/or sales management
- Data analysis and strategic regional planning
- Strong interpersonal/EQ skills with KOLs/speakers/advisors
- Peer leadership and collaboration across functions
- Ability to lead without authority across the commercial organization
- Strong oral/written communication
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical promotion legal/regulatory environment and partnering with compliance
- Track record of high performance

Travel & Other Requirements
- Field-based; 60–70% travel (including nights/weekends)
- Reside within the position’s territory geography

Compensation/Benefits
- Annual base salary: $200k–$220k; eligible for annual performance bonus; competitive benefits package
