Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with pulmonology KOLs to conduct substantial, on-label business conversations.
- Align with cross-functional teams and orchestrate resources against strategic brand plans driven by marketing.
- Share KOL insights with marketing and senior leadership; provide directed insights and feedback to commercial leadership as requested.
- Measure KOL advocacy aligned to key brand messages.
- Enhance KOL advocacy through compliant engagements with senior leaders, medical, marketing, and internal brand partners.
- Compliantly collaborate and communicate with the field commercial team to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness for assigned KOLs.
- Serve as point of contact for KOLs; collaborate with field sales on promotional program scheduling with speakers.
- Assist with on-label KOL development (including speakers) with approved decks/materials in collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons.
- Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters during field engagements and conferences/venues in a compliant manner.
- Provide speaker recommendations to marketing; identify emerging opinion leaders.
- Execute a customer-centric, needs-based approach with targeted KOLs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within the assigned territory geographic area (or within a reasonable distance as determined by HTLL).
- Ability to travel 60–80% (may vary by geography).
- Respiratory or biologic experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area within pharma/biotech.

- Marketing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to execute strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines.
- Ability to present effectively to individuals or groups.
