Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Multiple Myeloma (field-based)

Accountabilities:
- Own and cultivate relationships with a defined group of Multiple Myeloma thought leaders and oncology stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain expert mapping, segmentation, interaction history, and engagement plans.
- Capture and synthesize external expert perspectives into actionable insights for internal partners.
- Plan and execute regional congress, advisory, consultant, educational, sponsorship, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with the brand team to execute the education strategy (speaker readiness, maintain speaker relationships, identify educational gaps).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Analytics, field, and home-office partners.
- Maintain compliant execution by adhering to SOPs and legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements; manage activities within approved budgets and governance standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recent experience engaging with hematology thought leaders in academic and community settings; Multiple Myeloma experience required.
- Established relationships with Multiple Myeloma oncology and nurse thought leaders preferred.
- Experience in insight collection activities with external experts.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, and data discussion skills.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding qualitative and/or quantitative goals.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial issues in competitive oncology therapeutic areas.
- Launch experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales preferred.
- Sole responsibility to satisfy applicable healthcare representative credentialing requirements for facility entry in assigned geography; must remain eligible/good standing.
- Regular business travel required (by air or car).
