Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Multiple Myeloma (field-based)

Accountabilities
- Own and cultivate relationships with Multiple Myeloma thought leaders and oncology stakeholders by understanding influence, interests, educational roles, and engagement objectives.
- Develop and maintain expert mapping, segmentation, interaction history, and engagement plans translating national priorities into aligned stakeholder objectives.
- Capture and synthesize external expert perspectives into actionable insights on treatment landscape trends, educational needs, competitive dynamics, opportunities/risks, and sentiment shifts for launch readiness.
- Plan and execute regional congress, advisory, consultant, educational, sponsorship, and follow-up activities aligned to brand strategy, stakeholder priorities, budget, and governance.
- Partner with the brand team to execute education strategy (speaker readiness, relationships with speakers/educational experts, identify educational gaps, connect internal resources to stakeholder opportunities).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Analytics, field, and home-office partners to align external expert engagement objectives and follow-up.
- Maintain compliant execution by adhering to SOPs and legal/regulatory/compliance requirements within approved budgets, vendor processes, and governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ recent experience engaging hematology thought leaders in academic and community settings; Multiple Myeloma experience required.
- Established relationships with Multiple Myeloma oncology and nurse thought leaders preferred.
- Experience in insight collection with external experts.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, and data discussion skills.
- Track record meeting/exceeding qualitative and/or quantitative goals.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial issues in competitive oncology therapeutic areas.
- Launch experience in pharmaceutical marketing/sales preferred.
- Must satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements for assigned geography.
- Regular business travel (air or car) required.
