Our Team, Your Impact
The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a strategic, field-based marketer responsible for engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) to generate insights, influence CNS portfolio and brand strategy, and foster advocacy.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Conference Coordination
- Lead planning/execution of national and regional conferences, including KOL engagement scheduling, with internal stakeholders.
- Represent Teva at major congresses to secure KOL meetings and capture actionable insights.
- Partner with MSLs and sales leadership to optimize KOL engagement during congresses.
Speaker Program Planning
- Collaborate on portfolio-level national/regional speaker programs; identify and prepare speakers.
- Monitor speaker utilization and program metrics; support annual nomination process and ensure compliance.
- Support peer-to-peer education programs aligned with portfolio objectives.
Insight Generation & Brand Strategy Influence
- Capture/synthesize KOL insights monthly to inform portfolio marketing strategies and tactical plans.
- Maintain/update quarterly TLL business plan; conduct strategic reviews to align with brand priorities.
- Provide real-time feedback on launch plan insights, market intelligence, and emerging trends.
KOL Engagement & Development
- Build/maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs to foster advocacy.
- Engage in-person with each target KOL quarterly; identify new/emerging KOLs.
- Act as a trusted resource and connect KOLs to internal teams while ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience, including 2+ years in thought leader engagement or HCP/medical education marketing (neurology/psychiatry strongly preferred).
Skills/Abilities (required/preferred)
- Strong scientific/clinical acumen; interpret/communicate complex data.
- Ability to lead/influence without authority; cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management; manage projects with multiple stakeholders/vendors.
- Excellent verbal/written/organizational/interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Location/Travel
- Mid-Atlantic Region; located near a major airport; regular travel within assigned territory; periodic meetings at Teva HQ and off-site locations; occasional international travel.
- 60–80% domestic travel (some weekends).
