Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with KOLs
- Conduct scientifically rich discussions on disease-state information, clinical evidence, and product-related topics
- Address clinical inquiries and provide scientific resources; build advocacy and expand awareness of cortisol modulation science

- Partner with KAMs, MSLs, and Clinical Specialists to coordinate field planning and KOL strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field Medical, and Clinical Development to align on insights and engagement priorities
- Support institutional initiatives with KAMs and MSLs

- Identify and nominate potential speakers; provide coaching and support for strong educational execution
- Support CSs in speaker program planning and speaker selection
- Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs on content development and speaker training

- Recommend and support advisor recruitment for advisory boards
- Assist in executing advisory meetings, symposia, and webinars; engage thought leaders at national/regional congresses

- Capture actionable insights using approved systems (e.g., SteepRock OLMS)
- Evaluate trends, communicate insight themes, and contribute to strategic planning

- Maintain accurate activity documentation, territory planning, and reporting; adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines; ensure consistent field standards

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Demonstrated KOL engagement expertise; strong organizational/strategic thinking and communication/relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with speaker programs and advisory boards
- Ability to travel up to 80%

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced scientific/healthcare degree preferred
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech with strong scientific engagement
- Experience in endocrinology, cardiometabolic disease, or rare disease
- Experience in TLL, KAM, MSL, or scientific field roles
