Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain accountability for interactions and feedback with key experts (physicians and mid-levels); represent company interests while improving patient care; identify emerging experts.
- Engage with experts and attend key medical congresses; support coordination of Commercial leadership engagements at conferences.
- Provide in-depth insights from assimilation of stakeholder feedback.
- Own specific geographic territory: understand market drivers, competitive landscape, and provider dynamics; translate local business needs into local strategies aligned to national plan; support resource maximization, congress identification, and regional speaker programs; partner with sales leadership; present business plans to sales leadership (2x/year).
- Evaluate effectiveness/efficiency of tactics; manage projects to deliver high-quality work on time; ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.
- May lead team workstreams (e.g., compliance lead, advisory board support, insight dissemination, national congress support, speaker budget lead).
- Maintain knowledge of disease and competitive marketplace.
- Operate in compliance with internal policies and applicable external regulatory requirements.
- Drive personal or company vehicle and/or powered material handling equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Science (or related field).
- Advanced degree or prior sales/marketing experience required; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of regulations/standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience (clinical liaison, sales training, marketing, Sr. Account Executive, or District Manager).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Ability to travel; overnight attendance at training events and sales meetings.
