Main Responsibilities
- Engage and advocate with oncology KOLs: build and maintain long-term KOL relationships; conduct on-label product/disease-state/company discussions; partner with nursing organizations for disease-state education; execute approved KOL programming; coordinate compliantly with field team; serve as single point of contact for KOL issues; plan/execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at conferences/POAs/visits.
- Market insights: capture feedback from customers/KOLs; obtain feedback on approved brand materials/strategies; contribute to cross-functional brand teams (strategy, messaging, execution, programming ideas); provide competitive intelligence; plan/recruit/execute advisory boards and capture feedback; recruit appropriate HCP consultants.
- Speaker bureau operations/content: identify/training/coaching of promotional speakers; assist with speaker contracting; train speakers on approved slide decks and support compliance training; plan/execute annual speaker training summit; attend region programming to observe/coach/sremediate; support content updates/renewals; manage speaker program KPI reporting; lead speaker logistics/scheduling; lead planning/execution/pull-through of GPO in-practice programs.
Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in pharma/biotech (same/related therapeutic area); strong organization; travel as needed (60–75%); valid driver’s license; reside in assigned territory area.
Preferred: Master’s; oncology and multiple myeloma experience; leadership; launch/marketing experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams; effective presentations; infusion experience; strong project management/analytics; manage multiple projects; execute under tight timelines.
