Medical Science Liaison – Rare Immunology (PA, OH, MI, NYC, NJ, DE)

Role: Medical Science Liaison – Rare Immunology (field-based, external customer-facing)
Territory: PA, OH, MI, NYC, NJ, DE (must reside in territory); reports to the Director, Field Medical.

Responsibilities / How you will contribute:
- Analyze, interpret, and disseminate scientific data; acquire and translate customer insights
- Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs/HCPs aligned to individual territory plans
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of disease areas/products and competitor landscape; present complex scientific information compliantly (fair-balanced, non-misleading)
- Support Takeda-sponsored research and facilitate strategically aligned medical collaborative studies and investigator-initiated research
- Collect, interpret, and internally communicate medical insights to inform/refine medical strategies and tactics
- Identify and cultivate KOL/HCP partnership opportunities with Takeda US Medical
- Execute medical strategy at conferences; share insights from posters/sessions and KOL/HCP interactions
- Respond to unsolicited HCP medical inquiries referred by Medical Information within timelines/quality standards
- Complete required documentation (e.g., CRM entries, insights capture), training, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks

Minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in health sciences (MSN, NP, or PA) (doctoral degree preferred)
- 0–2 years healthcare/related experience after professional degree
- Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, and collaboration

Preferred/desired skills:
- Dissemination of complex scientific data; relevant therapeutic area expertise
- Clinical/research/teaching experience
- Ability to work in virtual/cross-functional teams; compliance-focused execution
- Use of digital tools, including AI, to enhance productivity

Travel: up to 70% (including some overnight/weekend); drive/fly to meetings; clean valid driver’s license
