Medical Affairs
Main Responsibilities
- Orchestrate resources with top KOLs; identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term oncology KOL relationships.
- Conduct on-label discussions on product and disease state; partner with nursing organizations to support disease-state education.
- Execute approved KOL programming and collaborate compliantly with field teams; act as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues.
- Plan and execute KOL engagements/executive encounters at conferences, POAs, and field visits.
- Capture customer/KOL feedback to inform brand needs, strategies, and approved marketing materials; provide competitive intelligence.
- Participate in cross-functional brand teams and support advisory board planning/recruitment/execution.
- Identify, align, and recruit HCP consultants per marketing needs.
- Assist with on-label speaker development, coaching, contracting support, and compliantly train speakers on approved materials.
- Plan and execute annual speaker training summit; observe/coach/remediate speaker delivery.
- Support content creation/updates, manage speaker KPI reporting, and handle speaker logistics/scheduling.
- Lead planning/execution/pull-through of GPO in-practice programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience (pharma/biotech) in related therapeutic area.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel ~60–75%; valid driver’s license; reside in the assigned territory area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree; oncology and multiple myeloma experience; launch and marketing experience; demonstrated leadership.
- Strong project management/analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects; infusion product experience.
