The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Gynecological Oncology builds and manages strategic relationships with a select group of U.S. external experts (EEs) across academic and community oncology settings to ensure commercial strategies reflect where patients receive care.

Key Responsibilities
External Expert Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute strategic external expert engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and generate meaningful commercial insights (especially in the community setting).
- Plan and execute live and virtual external expert engagements aligned to brand priorities and external expert needs outside of advisory and congress events.
- Create, segment, and manage a thought leader network (network mapping) to optimize engagement and insight generation.

Insight Generation & Strategic Impact:
- Gather and synthesize regional insights from external experts (1:1 interactions, congress, publication) and provide them to the brand team.
- Share synthesized insights with commercial leadership to shape brand strategy, resource allocation, customer engagement strategies, and launch planning.
- Identify emerging treatment paradigm shifts, competitive dynamics, biomarker evolution, and unmet needs impacting future commercial strategy.
- Seek compliant external expert feedback on initiatives and materials.

Advisory, Peer to Peer & Congress Engagements:
- Execute and synthesize advisory boards, expert consultancies, and other strategic engagement forums.
- Coordinate and support external expert executive interactions with commercial leadership.
- Shape peer-to-peer education content (speaker identification, training/operations support, relationship management).
- Participate in local, regional, and national congresses; host congress product theater speakers and EEs.
- Capture and synthesize congress insights for emerging trends and brand strategy implications.

Cross-Functional & Operational Excellence:
- Partner with medical, legal, compliance, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure engagements are strategically aligned and compliant.
- Manage multiple priorities; manage agency/vendor partners; identify and mitigate risks related to strategic engagement.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology experience required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel 60–80% (nights and weekends).
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions.
- Experience leveraging insights to guide strategy and refine approach with evolving data/market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Oncology TLL experience.
- Master’s degree.
- Strong account management and cross-functional leadership.
- Marketing/sales management background.
- Advanced project management/organizational skills.
- Demonstrated regulatory/compliance adherence with proactive risk mitigation.
- Ability to communicate effectively to HCPs and executives.
- Experience with technology/software and adaptability to learn new AI tools.
