Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic external expert engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and generate commercial insights, especially in the community setting.
- Plan and execute live/virtual external expert engagements aligned to brand priorities and external expert needs (outside advisory boards/congress events), maintaining consistent execution.
- Create, segment, and manage a thought leader network (network mapping).
- Gather and synthesize regional insights (1:1, congress, publication) and provide to the brand team.
- Share insights with commercial leadership to shape brand strategy, resource allocation, customer engagement, and launch planning.
- Identify emerging treatment paradigm shifts, competitive dynamics, biomarker evolution, and unmet needs.
- Seek compliant external expert feedback on initiatives/materials.
- Execute and synthesize advisory boards, expert consultancies, and other forums to inform commercial decision-making.
- Coordinate external expert executive interactions with commercial leadership.
- Support peer-to-peer education (speaker identification, training/operations, relationship management).
- Participate in key local/regional/national congresses; host product theater speakers and EEs; capture/synthesize congress insights.
- Partner with medical, legal, compliance, regulatory, and marketing to ensure engagements align with policies/guidelines; manage priorities, vendors, and associated risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 10 years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology experience required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel 60–80% (nights/weekends).
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Oncology TLL experience.
- Master’s degree.
- Strong account management, cross-functional leadership, and marketing/sales management background.
- Advanced project management; proven compliance/risk mitigation.
- Ability to communicate effectively to HCPs/executives; comfort learning new AI tools.

Compensation/Benefits (if based in US)
- Annual base salary ranges and eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive; health care/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, and caregiver/parental leave.
