Position: Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) โ€“ Individual Contributor

Position Responsibilities
Thought Leader Engagement
- Serve as the commercial Customer Engagement lead for assigned Thought Leaders at the regional level to advance brand and disease-state strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term commercial relationships with Thought Leaders (including emerging leaders and regional influencers).
- Engage Thought Leaders on strategic topics using market research to generate insights; execute regional marketing initiatives.
- Capture assessment of Thought Leader alignment to brand strategies over time.
- Connect Thought Leaders with relevant internal functions (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs) to execute strategies and identify unmet needs while maintaining compliance.
- Identify and recruit HCP advisors (e.g., for commercial advisory boards/projects) in collaboration with TLL Directors.

Congress Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive congress plans with marketing and cross-functional partners.
- Plan, execute, and report on national/regional congress activities (e.g., product theaters, sponsorships, Thought Leader interactions).

Speaker and Program Management
- Primary point of contact for regionally aligned speakers to streamline program logistics and communication.
- Plan and execute regional programming based on educational needs (with regional RSD and ABMs).
- Support annual speaker training meetings and ensure ongoing speaker training/development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead a cross-functional Thought Leader approach with the regional team; coordinate commercial activities and align resources to Thought Leader needs.
- Collaborate across functions (RSDs, MSLs, HQ, etc.) to develop and implement regional Thought Leader plan/strategy using Thought Leader and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- BA/BS or higher in business, marketing, or life sciences.
- 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/hospital environments.
- 2+ yearsโ€™ TLL or similar field marketing experience.
- 2+ yearsโ€™ experience working with Thought Leaders in MASH-related specialties (Hepatology, GI, and/or Endocrinology) preferred.
- Exceptional leadership/relationship-building; able to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and adapt communication styles.
- Experience supporting launch of specialty products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems systematically.
- Understanding/support of compliance with OIG and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with health care economics (private/public payment and delivery).
- Travel: 50โ€“75% as needed; valid driverโ€™s license required.

Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary range: $215,100โ€“$262,900/year.
