Medical Affairs
Main Responsibilities
- KOL Engagement: Orchestrate on-label, approved resources with the top 10–15% of GI KOLs; identify and maintain long-term KOL relationships; conduct on-label conversations on product/disease state/company; execute approved KOL programming (e.g., fellowship disease state education); collaborate with field commercial teams for cohesiveness; serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues (per HTLL/Headquarters direction); execute customer-centric, needs-based approach; support on-label KOL development (speakers, decks/materials); orchestrate and plan KOL executive encounters; plan/execute KOL engagements at conferences, POAs, and other venues.
- Marketing (with approvals): Obtain feedback on respiratory franchise/brand-related strategies/materials (approved by legal/compliance/regulatory); provide feedback to commercial leadership; manage speaker logistics/scheduling as single point of contact; recommend advisory board participants and speakers; assist with commercial contracts when requested; lead TLL initiatives supporting brand strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders/TLLs across the Alliance; lead TLL projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the pharma/biotech industry (same/related therapeutic area).
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience required.
- Preferred: Master’s; launch experience; marketing experience; demonstrated leadership; cross-functional team leadership; execute plans under tight timelines; strong presentation, organization, and project management; ability to manage multiple projects.

Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license; travel 60–80%.
