Main Responsibilities
KOL Engagement
- Align with cross-functional account plans to orchestrate resources with the top 10–15% of GI KOLs (assigned by HTLL).
- Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term GI KOL relationships.
- Conduct on-label conversations on product, disease state, and company at appropriate venues.
- Execute approved KOL programming (e.g., disease state education for fellowship programs).
- Compliantly collaborate with field commercial teams for strategic/tactical cohesiveness.
- Serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues (as directed by HTLL/Headquarters).
- Use a customer-centric, needs-based approach with targeted KOLs.
- Support on-label KOL development (speakers, approved decks/materials).
- Orchestrate KOL executive encounters and engagement.
- Plan/execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at conferences, POAs, and other directed venues.
- Liaise between KOLs and home-office cross-functional teams.
Marketing
- Obtain KOL feedback on Respiratory franchise/brand-related marketing strategies or materials (legal/compliance/regulatory approved).
- Provide feedback to commercial leadership as requested.
- Be single point of contact for speaker logistics/scheduling; coordinate cross-functionally.
- Provide advisory board participant and speaker recommendations to marketing when requested.
- Assist with execution of commercial contracts when requested.
- Execute/lead initiatives supporting brand strategy.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders/TLLs across the alliance.
- Lead TLL projects and initiatives.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the same/related therapeutic area (pharma/biotech).
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Launch experience; marketing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to execute strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines; strong presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills; project management with analytical/planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel 60–80%.
- Must work within label and regulatory/legal compliance guidelines.
