Main Responsibilities
- KOL Engagement: Orchestrate resources with top 10–15% GI KOLs (as assigned by HTLL); identify/profile/cultivate/maintain long-term KOL relationships; conduct on-label conversations on product, disease state, and company at appropriate venues; execute approved on-label KOL programming (e.g., disease state education for fellowship programs); collaborate/communicate with the field commercial team; serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues; execute a customer-centric, needs-based approach; assist with on-label KOL development (including speakers) using approved decks/materials; orchestrate KOL executive encounters; plan/execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at local/regional/national conferences, POAs, and other directed venues; liaise between KOLs and home-office cross-functional teams.
- Marketing: Obtain feedback from targeted KOLs on new Respiratory Franchise/Brand strategies/materials (approved by legal/compliance/regulatory); provide feedback to commercial leadership; manage high-volume speaker logistics/scheduling as a single point of contact; recommend advisory board participants and speakers; assist with commercial contracts when requested; lead TLL initiatives supporting brand strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and TLLs across the Alliance; lead TLL projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (same/related therapeutic area)
- Respiratory or biologic marketplace experience
Preferred:
- Master’s degree; launch experience; marketing experience; demonstrated leadership; ability to lead cross-functional teams; execute strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines; strong presentation, organizational, and project management skills; manage multiple projects

Special Working Conditions
- Valid driver’s license; travel 60–80%
