Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Associate Director (US Marketing – Field-based)

Responsibilities:
- Execute field-based tactics for the Dermatology Franchise across the immunology portfolio to support educational goals and appropriate product use with HCPs, their staff, and caregiver/patient community.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
- Capture insights from targeted customers via 1:1 meetings, roundtables, and congress activities.
- Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams to provide internal/external customer perspective.
- Provide competitive intelligence from targeted customer meetings.
- Partner with HQ to develop promotional content (e.g., presentation materials).
- Manage vendor work as needed (e.g., Medical Education Agency, Meeting Services).
- Identify and recruit KMEs for content/promotional projects (video, web, New Hire training, etc.).
- Act as KME point of contact for international opportunities.
- Develop/support congress plan (industry symposia, HCP engagement strategies).
- Coordinate KME Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
- Work with Program Operations to manage Speaker’s Bureau requirements (training, remediation, etc.).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech product marketing or commercial experience.
- Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience required.
- Proven ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Driving is essential; travel up to 80% and flexible schedule (nights/weekends).

Preferred:
- Previous field marketing or related function (marketing/sales/allied).

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base range: $180,000.00–$248,000.00; may include short- and long-term incentives (cash bonus/equity).
