Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Associate Director (Dermatology)
What You’ll Do:
- Execute field-based tactics for the Dermatology Franchise across the immunology portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
- Capture insights from targeted customers via 1/1 meetings, roundtables, and congress activities.
- Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams; provide internal/external customer perspective.
- Provide competitive intelligence from customer meetings.
- Partner with HQ to develop promotional content (especially presentation materials).
- Manage vendor support (e.g., Medical Education Agency, meeting services).
- Identify and recruit KMEs for content and promotional projects (video, web, New Hire training, etc.).
- Serve as KME point of contact for international opportunities.
- Develop/support congress plans, including industry symposia and HCP engagement strategies.
- Coordinate KME Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
- Support Speaker’s Bureau requirements with Program Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech product marketing or commercial experience required.
- Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience required.
- Prior field marketing or related experience preferred.
- Proven ability to drive results in ambiguous/challenging markets.
- Valid driver’s license; acceptable driving record required.
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends); travel up to 80%.
Base Compensation: $180,000–$248,000; eligible for short- and long-term incentives.
