What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
- Capture insights from targeted customers (1:1 meetings, roundtables, congress activities).
- Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams to provide internal/external customer perspective.
- Provide competitive intelligence from targeted customer meetings.
- Partner with HQ to develop promotional content (incl. presentation materials).
- Manage vendor work as needed (e.g., Medical Education Agency, Meeting Services).
- Identify and recruit KMEs for content/promo projects (video, web content, New Hire training, etc.).
- Serve as KME point of contact for international opportunities.
- Develop/support congress plan execution (industry symposia and HCP engagement strategies).
- Coordinate KME Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
- Work with Program Operations to manage Speaker’s Bureau requirements (training, remediation).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech product marketing/commercial experience required.
- Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience required.
- Previous field marketing or related functional experience preferred.
- Proven ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Compensation Range
- Base: $180,000.00–$248,000.00
