Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) β CNS (Central Region)
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of national/regional conferences; schedule KOL engagements; coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Represent Teva at major congresses; secure KOL meetings and capture actionable insights for portfolio teams.
- Partner with MSLs and sales leadership to optimize KOL engagement opportunities during congresses.
- Collaborate on portfolio-level speaker program planning (national/regional programs), including speaker identification and preparation.
- Monitor speaker utilization and program metrics; support annual nominations; ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Capture and synthesize KOL insights monthly to inform portfolio marketing strategies.
- Maintain/update TLL business plan quarterly; conduct strategic reviews with regional teams.
- Provide real-time feedback on launch planning insights, market intelligence, and emerging trends.
- Build/maintain relationships with national/regional KOLs; drive advocacy for CNS brands.
- Engage in-person with each KOL target quarterly; identify emerging KOLs.
- Serve as a trusted resource for KOLs and connect them with internal teams while ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (required); Masterβs preferred.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (required), including 2+ years thought leader/HCP or medical education marketing (neurology/psychiatry strongly preferred).
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong CNS therapeutic knowledge; scientific/clinical acumen.
- Ability to interpret/communicate complex data; lead/influence without authority.
- Strong project management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Travel: ~60β80% domestic (some weekends).
Salary: $148,320β$185,400 annually.
