Medical Affairs
Responsibilities:
- Support assigned franchise(s) product launches and manage multiple core marketing and business processes.
- Analyze, plan, implement, and control tactical programs with agencies, third-party vendors, cross-functional partners, and the integrated brand team.
- Develop speakers and key opinion leaders.
- Execute ad boards, consultancy, conventions, and professional alliances.
- Provide training on marketing materials, develop local marketing plans, and liaise between marketing and the Sales Region.
- Develop and articulate marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, clearly communicated, and clinically/financially supported; segment markets, select target audiences, and position effectively.
- Manage regional consultancy, ad boards, speaker programs, meetings, and medical education projects within assigned budget; evaluate effectiveness (ROI/share impact) and efficiency (expense control).
- Manage projects to deliver high-quality work on time; ensure regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Maintain knowledge of industry information sources (MD/channel data, audits/secondary data, primary research) to evaluate promotion and develop business strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Science or related field.
- Advanced degree or previous sales/marketing experience required; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience (clinical liaison, sales training, marketing, Sr. Account Executive, or District Manager).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Ability to travel to cover territory and attend overnight training events and sales meetings.
- Ability to drive a personal auto or company vehicle or operate powered material handling equipment.
