Therapy Access Manager - Mid-Atlantic (Baltimore, Washington DC, Virginia Beach)

Role: Therapy Access Manager supporting United Therapeutics' rare disease therapies, focusing on patient access, provider education, and reimbursement strategies within specified regions (NJ, MD, DE, PA, VA). Responsibilities: manage regional accounts, deliver education on access services, insurance authorization, and reimbursement; serve as payer expert; coordinate with stakeholders including call centers and market access teams; ensure compliance with rules of engagement; support field activities, participate in cross-functional meetings, and utilize CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 2+ years relevant experience; experience in market access, specialty/biologic products, and complex reimbursement; strong problem-solving and communication skills; willingness to travel >50%. Preferred: advanced degrees, experience in cardiology or pulmonology, rare/orphan drugs, and familiarity with CMS policies and Medicare processes.
