What You'll Do
The Therapeutic Sales Specialist will be a patient champion with exceptional business and clinical acumen to execute product launches.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targets
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise for Acoramidis
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern
- Own territory business planning and execution of key initiatives
- Follow company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations
- Partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, Marketing, and other teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with targeted KOLs (physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, multi-disciplinary center staff)
- Navigate hospital formulary process to support product positioning and availability
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions
- Maintain strong selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory proficiency
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives
- Plan/organize schedule for efficiency
- Represent the company professionally and act as an ambassador
- Complete tasks/projects assigned by Sales Leadership
- Ensure activities comply with regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines

Where Youβll Work

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize and execute plan; accountability
- Ability to influence without authority (internal/external)
- Excellent written/oral communication; skilled with remote technology
- Adherence to high ethical standards
- Significant travel required

Salary (as listed)
- $155,000 - $210,000 USD (California).
