Position Summary
- Drive demand for Bristol Myers Squibb medicines in the Psychiatry TA for appropriate patients by engaging HCPs through deeper, label-consistent scientific dialogue.
- Serve as primary field contact building credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians/HCPs.
- Liaise with other BMS functions to deliver timely, scientific Customer Experience (Cx); prioritize safe and appropriate use of products. Field-based: spend 100% of time in the field with external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio promotion: promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets; create demand by explaining clinical/scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally; comply with all relevant laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Communicate clinical/scientific data accurately; build credibility with customers; account management + selling proficiency with track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; can-do attitude.

Preferred
- Experience in Neurology.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field US: $139,230–$168,714; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
