Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned geography while following company and regulatory standards.
- Understand and identify customer needs; align appropriate resources and pull-through activities.
- Apply advanced product and disease-state knowledge to engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office staff with clinically focused messages.
- Build territory market dynamics and market-access understanding to accelerate pull-through.
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists to develop territory business plans.
- Collaborate with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations to drive execution and share best practices.
- Complete administrative responsibilities (e.g., CRM usage, expense reporting).
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years successful medical sales (dental/medical device/lab/diagnostics) OR 1 year pharmaceutical sales; GI specialty experience preferred.
- Proven, consistent track record in sales performance.
- Experience launching new products.
- Demonstrated success leveraging marketing, market-access pull-through, and technology solutions.
- Business acumen/analytical expertise; strong relationship-building.
- Success in live and virtual interactions; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital platforms (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom).
- Valid driverβs license; safe driving record.
- Some overnight travel and travel to offices as needed.
