Territory Sales Representative (TSR)
Accountabilities:
- Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned geography in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify customer needs; align appropriate resources and pull-through activities.
- Develop advanced product and disease-state knowledge to engage healthcare professionals.
- Promote the company’s product calling on Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs), and select Primary Care Physicians to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Strategic Account Specialists (SAS), peers, and commercial colleagues to achieve territory/region/corporate goals.
- Maintain administrative responsibilities including effective use of CRM and expense reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two+ years successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) OR one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI specialty experience preferred.
- Proven, consistent sales performance; experience launching new products.
- Demonstrated success leveraging marketing, market access pull-through, and technology solutions.
- Business acumen and analytical expertise.
- Strong relationship-building with office staff and customer network.
- Success in live and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong technical skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital meeting platforms (Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom).
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Some overnight travel and travel to national/regional/corporate offices as required.
