Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Responsible for the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory: educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones; maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.

Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans; translate data/insights into customer-focused actions.
- Build/sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address patient-access barriers and support product pull-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer/patient experience compliantly.
- Collaborate with adjacent field partners; share insights with internal teams.
- Provide market intelligence and support regional/launch initiatives.

Compliance / Culture
- Operate with integrity and comply with company policies and industry/legal requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong clinical acumen.
- Strong territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; valid driver’s license; travel within territory.

Travel
- Up to 60%.

Benefits / Compensation
- Standard benefits: medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401K; incentive plans based on personal and company performance.
- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.
