Territory Manager
Position Summary
- Launch and grow Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating HCPs, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management / Business Execution
- Develop understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and decision-makers.
- Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address patient-access barriers and support product pull-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance compliant customer/patient experience.
- Collaborate with field reimbursement and regional leaders; share insights and best practices.
- Provide market intelligence and support meetings, launch initiatives, and programs.
Compliance / Culture
- Operate with integrity and in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel in territory.
Travel
- Up to 60% travel.
Benefits / Compensation
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401K; and incentive plans contingent on performance.
- US salary range: $130,000–$165,000 (may vary by location/experience/education/skills).
