Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Launch and grow Mineralys’ first commercial product in an assigned territory by educating HCPs, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management / Business Execution
- Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability; use innovative customer engagement approaches.
- Apply business acumen to market dynamics for effective territory planning.
- Build relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification compliantly.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations; address questions credibly.
- Partner to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate customer/patient experience in a compliant manner.
- Coordinate with field reimbursement and regional leaders; share insights with internal teams.
- Provide market intelligence and support meetings/launch initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, able to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel within territory.

Travel
- Up to 60% travel.

- Standard company benefits: medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K; eligibility for incentive plans based on personal/company performance.
- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.
