Territory Manager

Position Summary:
The Territory Manager will lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a territory business plan aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification compliantly.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to reduce barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and adjacent field partners to support customer and territory objectives.
- Share insights and provide timely market intelligence and competitive updates.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales experience considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced launch environments.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.

Travel:
- Up to 60%.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401K, and participation in incentive plans.
- US salary range: $130,000–$165,000.
