Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed goals.
- Create pre-call plan objectives; execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve performance. Handle objections and consistently secure logical calls to action to close each sales call.
- Build trusted customer relationships by proactively serving customer needs and expectations and driving win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and territory market landscape (competitors, segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical/sales expertise) and share intelligence with in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to align, anticipate changes, and optimize brand strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree required.
- 2β3 years successful business-to-business sales or pharmaceutical sales (or similar combination preferred).
- Psychiatry sales experience a plus.
- Reside in or within proximity to assigned geography required.
- Valid driverβs license with good driving history; ability to drive a large territory for long periods.
- Travel up to 25% overnight may be required.
- Lift sample boxes up to 25 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting base pay range: $90Kβ$110K (based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, education, and location).
- Eligible for annual bonus program or sales incentive plan.
