Territory Manager
Position Summary:
Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product in an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers (HCPs), building trusted relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Execute strategic call plans and deliver product presentations.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification compliantly.
- Partner with customers to address patient access barriers and support product pull-through.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and adjacent field partners; share insights, learnings, and market intelligence.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales experience considered).
- Specialty sales (cardiometabolic) preferred; prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; valid driver’s license; travel within territory.
Travel:
- Up to 60%.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):

- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.
