Responsibilities:
- Sell organization products in an assigned region; demonstrate selling skills and pull-through execution by allocating resources to drive results.
- Develop and leverage customer relationships to drive results.
- Use business analytics (customer data/resources/tools) to build account/territory plans and target high-value accounts.
- Apply expertise across product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care.
- Manage territory by routinely analyzing data to target high prescribing HCPs.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to target HCPs.
- Meet/exceed call average and sales performance expectations; demonstrate market/industry and competitor knowledge.
- Apply clinical/disease state knowledge and impact on patients/providers.
- Complete administrative tasks timely.
- Attend sales training, meetings, and national/regional conferences.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 2+ years GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; proven track record.
- Reside in or near assigned geography.
- Valid driverโs license with good driving history; overnight travel may be required.
- Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills.
- Drive in geographically large territory for long periods daily.
- Lift sample boxes up to 25 pounds; accommodations may be available.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting base pay range: $105Kโ$145K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
