Territory Manager, Eye Care – Upper Manhattan, NY

Key Responsibilities:
- Upper Manhattan, NY territory includes Harlem, South Bronx, and Washington Heights, NY.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent the company vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge, marketplace/industry trends, and business trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve business goals quarterly and annually while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies; maintain integrity and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. Preferred: 2+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with proven success in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology (equivalent experience/education considered).
- Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel as required; overnight travel may be needed.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to meet all access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities within assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English required.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000.
